Kingsborough Community College is part of the CUNY (City University of New York)
system in New York City. Kingsborough Community College sits on a 70-acre
campus in Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn, New York, which overlooks Sheepshead Bay,
Jamaica Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
Kingsborough Community College was founded in 1963 and provides learning for
about 30,000 students a year. Kingsborough accepts students with a high school
diploma or GED. The college also provides ESL courses to assist with English.
